Privacy Policy

Pibot Ads (ads.pibot.io) is a private tool used by its owner to publish posts and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, Threads and TikTok for accounts the owner controls. It is not offered to the public.

What we collect

• Access tokens and basic profile/page/ad account details returned when you connect an account via OAuth.
• Posts, media and ad settings you create in the dashboard.
• Post and ad performance statistics returned by the platform APIs.

How we use it

Only to publish content, manage campaigns and show reports for the connected accounts. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our own server. We do not sell data. The only third parties that receive data are the AI providers configured in Settings (Anthropic, OpenAI and/or Meta): text you ask the AI assistant to work on, and, once a day, campaign names, budgets and performance statistics for automatic ad analysis. If the main provider fails, the request may be sent to the configured fallback provider.

Data deletion

Disconnecting an account in the dashboard deletes its stored tokens. To request deletion of all data, email developer.pibot@gmail.com. Requests are completed within 30 days.
